Needing support at an upcoming event, I turned to GigSalad for help.The next day, they had taken down my request for quotes without attempting to contact me beforehand.
That was incredibly unprofessional of them. Taking the initiative, I contacted them to explain their actions and continued to receive no response. I had requested quotes from them in the past and received nothing as well. Working with these people has become impossible.
User support is non-existent. I should have read reviews before wasting my time with their company.
I continue to hear bad things about this company the more I look around and it's time to move on.At least I have some competitor's names now.
